  • How much is your monthly rent for home currently?
  • What mode(s) of transportation do you use on a daily basis (car, bus, bicycle, etc.)?

  1. What are your Working Needs?
  • What’s the preferred relationship (proximity, connectivity) of your studio to your home?

  • Do you occasionally find the need for a temporary space for large/special projects?
  • How much is your monthly rent for studio currently?

  • What are your Social Needs?
  • What amenities would you like to have in your immediate neighborhood?
